Allow INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FOR UDP AND FOR TCP in the Windows Defender Firewall for PORT 7777

Go to 192.168.0.1

Login into your router. The username is normally admin and the password can be found on the actual router. It will either be: nothing, admin, or the password found on the actual router. 

Enable port-forwarding for port 7777 for both UDP and TCP protocol

Host a server

Send your friend your ip address after port forwarding and hosting

let your friend connect

and boom
